Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order.  All shipping costs are calculated using a U.S. Postal Service shipping module. All orders are shipped from our business within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date.

Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit within 14 business days from the date you receive your order. We know life can be hectic, so if you want to reach out to us prior to the 14 days because your package might not make it back to us in that time frame, email us at info@chaoseight.com and we can help you!

All items must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached to qualify for return. Please ensure returns meet these requirements before shipping them out. If they do not, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. If you believed you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or that we have shipped you the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package to resolve the issue.

To return the any item, securely repackage your items in the package you receive them in. Enclose a copy of the invoice and the completed Return Form. Mail them off to our Returns Department.
