What are the payment options?

We accept four types of major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also have a Paypal option.

What is your return policy?

Yes. We accept returns for store credit within 14 business days from the date you receive your order. For more details about our retun policy, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Is ordering on your site secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our Chaos 8 business, encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet.

How will I know you received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. All shipping costs are calculated using a U.S. Postal Service shipping module.

How long after I place my order should I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our business within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date.

Can I change my order after placing it.

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size

  • Delivery/billing address

  • Adding items to your order

  • Shipping method

What if my item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival?

If you believed you have received DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED merchandise or that we have shipped you the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package to resolve the issue.
